Eva Au Yeung

With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, venue management, and special event and theme park entertainment in Hong Kong, I am a seasoned professional in budget planning, project management, guest experience, show production, and event marketing. Currently serving as the Head of the Events & Entertainment Department at Ocean Park, I oversee daily live entertainment programs for both Ocean Park and the newly opened Water Park. Managing a department of 120+ full-time and up to 1,500 part-time staff, I lead teams in producing seasonal events, sourcing live entertainment, and supervising wardrobe and costuming. I develop annual budgets, contribute to strategic planning, and have played a core role in significant projects, including the HK$5.5 billion Master Redevelopment Plan for Ocean Park. With expertise in staff management, show quality, and procurement, I ensure seamless operations and successful partnerships with external parties.
