Mariana Ruiz

Mariana leads the Human Resources strategy at Grupo Xcaret, overseeing parks, hotels, cruise lines, and bus operations, building a unified culture and talent management cycle. With over 20 years of international experience at companies such as Cinépolis and Nestlé, she specializes in training, organizational development, and leadership. 

She holds a degree in Public Accounting (IPN), a Master’s in Strategic Human Capital Management (La Salle), and an Executive Master in Business Administration from IESE, University of Navarra. A frequent speaker in Mexico, Spain, and Panama, Mariana is also a university lecturer and author of the IPADE-published case “Grupo Xcaret, a Growing Business.” She is a member of the IAAPA Education Committee and was recognized among the Top 100 Chief Human Resources Officers by GPTW in 2023.
