The registration fee for the IAAPA APAC Trade Summit 2025 does not include accommodation and airport transfers. W Macau, Studio City is the official hotel for the event, offering a special accommodation rate secured by IAAPA.
Accommodation Rates:
For stays from September 14 to 16, 2025:
- Single Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,000++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
- Double Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,100++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
On September 17, 2025:
- Single Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,350++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
- Double Occupancy: MOP/HKD $1,450++ per night (including breakfast and taxes)
