Franceen Gonzales

Franceen Gonzales is renowned for transforming businesses through vision, strategy, and thoughtful architecture.  Most recently, Franceen steered LEGOLAND Florida Resort through a period of change and growth. The property includes LEGOLAND Theme Park, Water Park, Peppa Pig Theme Park, the historic Cypress Gardens, and three LEGO-themed on-site hotels.  Under her leadership, the resort expanded in exciting new directions with the addition of SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium and a cutting-edge indoor roller coaster set to open in 2026, while the organization went through a restructure to create new ways of working. With a focus on employee engagement and every touchpoint of the guest experience, Franceen worked to position LEGOLAND Florida as a play and creativity experience like no other. 

Backed by a powerhouse career in theme park operations and innovation – from WhiteWater to Six Flags, Franceen brings world-class expertise and a passion for people to her roles.  She’s also a trailblazer in safety, technical standards, and government relations, also serving on the IAAPA and ASTM International boards.
