WTI is an aquatics-industry leader built on a foundation more than four decades strong.

After more than a decade building pools with his brother, Charles (Chuck) Neuman saw opportunity in the greater landscape of waterpark planning and design and knew that with the right mix of talent he could build a company that would eventually lead this emerging industry. In 1983, he assembled a team of architects, engineers, planners, designers, landscape architects and business development professionals to launch Water Technology, Inc. Over 40+ years, this crew of innovative professionals has earned a reputation for technical innovation, superior infrastructure, fresh design and for forging deep, client-centric relationships.

Today, WTI is led by next-generation CEO, Nicholas (Nick) Neuman, with Chuck's involvement as Chairman. We remain pioneers in the aquatics industry, with curiosity, people, innovation, integrity and sustainability at our core.
