IAAPA Expo Europe Returns to London with Record-Breaking Show Floor and Expanded Education Program

LONDON, UK (20 May 2026)Registration is now open for Europe’s premier event for the leisure industry. Set for 21–25 Sept. 2026 at ExCeL London, IAAPA Expo Europe makes its highly anticipated return to London after four years. Reflecting continued growth of 50% since 2022, this year’s Expo will feature a record-breaking show floor of 21,000 square meters, more than 800 exhibitors, 175+ industry speakers and over 60 education sessions.

Attractions industry professionals from across Europe and beyond will gather in the British capital city to connect, collaborate, and explore the future of entertainment, leisure, and guest experiences. From next-generation innovations to immersive storytelling and operational excellence, IAAPA Expo Europe continues to serve as a leading platform for industry inspiration and growth.

The expansive trade show floor will showcase the latest in ride technology, guest solutions, design, and operations, offering attendees a first look at innovations shaping the future of attractions.

Complementing the show floor, the Expo’s education program will feature insights from leading subject matter experts across key areas including sustainability, leadership, safety, and young professional development, equipping attendees with actionable strategies to navigate an evolving industry landscape.

Attendees can also look forward to a dynamic lineup of special events designed to foster connection and celebrate industry excellence, including the Leadership Breakfast featuring Robert Dahl, CEO of Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and Wouter Dekkers, CEO of Momentum Leisure. EDUTours to Chessington World of Adventures Resort and LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort will offer exclusive access to the facilities. 

Food and beverage (F&B) innovation will have an expanded presence throughout both the education program and show floor at IAAPA Expo Europe 2026. According to IAAPA benchmark studies, F&B can account for as much as 30–35% of total park revenue, reinforcing its growing importance as both a guest experience driver and business strategy. Attendees can expect dedicated discussions, emerging trends, and innovative solutions focused on enhancing in-park dining and hospitality experiences.
