Agenda

• 11:15 Badge collection at the IAAPA registration counter on the 2/F of Kerry Hotel Pudong

• 11:45 Depart from Kerry Hotel Pudong to Shanghai Disney Resort

• 12:30 Arrive at the back-of-house area of Shanghai Disney Resort to complete real-name registration (Note: please ensure you bring the original physical copy of Valid Government ID submitted during event registration for entry, such as ID Card, EEP or Passport. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted.)

• 13:15 – 16:45 Guided back-of-house tour, including the TRON Maintenance Base, Hot Pursuit Maintenance Base, and Central Production Kitchen (Photography is strictly prohibited in these areas) & Refreshment break at Duffy and Friends Celebration Hall

• 16:45 Enjoy "The Adventure of Rhythm" show, followed by a sharing session (The sharing session will be conducted in Mandarin with English simultaneous interpretation.)

• 17:45 – 18:45 Depart from Shanghai Disney Resort to Kerry Hotel Pudong


IMPORTANT NOTES

• This tour is dedicated exclusively to back-of-house experiences and will not include any front-of-house elements or ridership.

• Photography is strictly prohibited in the back-of-house area.

• Participants must exit the back-of-house area as a group and may NOT remain in the park after the tour concludes.

• Due to the real-name registration requirement from Shanghai Disney Resort, all personal information provided during registration must be accurate. Please note that this information cannot be modified after submission, and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. IAAPA is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect ID information entered during registration.

• Please ensure you bring the original physical copy of Valid Government ID submitted during event registration for entry, such as ID Card, EEP or Passport. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted. Failure to present the original document may result in denied entry to the park, and IAAPA will not be responsible for this.


Transportation

• Participants may NOT drive separately.

• Meet and collect badges IAAPA registration counter on the 2/F of Kerry Hotel Pudong at 11:15 a.m.

• Buses will depart from Kerry Hotel Pudong promptly at 11:45 p.m.

• Buses will depart tour location to return to Kerry Hotel Pudong promptly at 5:45 p.m.

• Please be aware that participants must exit the back-of-house area as a group and may NOT remain in the park after the tour concludes.

PLEASE NOTE: Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before departure time at 2/F of Kerry Hotel Pudong for badge collection. Failure to arrive by departure time can result in forfeiture of seat.


Food and Beverage

• Grab-and-go refreshments will be offered at the IAAPA registration counter on the 2/F of Kerry Hotel Pudong.

• Refreshments will be served during the break at Duffy and Friends Celebration Hall.


Tickets

• Your ticket to this event will be tied to your Expo badge. Admit one per ticket. Ticket is not transferable to other EDUTours or events. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate in ticketed events. Special event tickets are non-refundable.

• To collect your badge, please go to the IAAPA registration counter located on the 2/F of Kerry Hotel Pudong.


Dress Code

Smart casual attire and comfortable walking shoes are encouraged. With high temperatures in Shanghai, it is advisable to wear light clothing and comfortable shoes as there will be a significant amount of walking during the tours.
