Michael Collins

Michael Collins is cofounder of LDP. He began his economist career in 1998 and has built up deep consulting experience in leisure and entertainment real estate. Michael’s global projects range from theme park and attractions feasibility, due diligence for sales and acquisitions, economic impact, improvement and development strategy, sports and entertainment venue appraisals, resorts and mixed-use development strategy and operator and investor solicitation. Michael has worked for a majority of the major players in worldwide attractions operations, as well as many investment groups, developers and public sector organisations.
