Linda Freeman

Linda worked in the amusement industry for 24 years as a supplier of safety control systems for attractions and in 2024 joined IAAPA as the Global Director of Health & Safety and Security. In her role at IAAPA, she focuses on safety and security topics for education & resources, research & reporting, standards harmonization & adoption and training certification. As a certified Functional Safety Engineer and Cyber Security Specialist, she is passionate about teaching the safety lifecycle for attractions and ensuring people are thinking about cyber risks which could impact guest or employee safety.
