Connect+ is IAAPA’s official digital platform designed to enhance your event experience, whether in person, hybrid, or virtual.
It gives exhibitors and attendees an easy way to connect, engage, and stay informed throughout IAAPA Expos, Summits, and virtual events.
Through Connect+, you can highlight your company, network with participants, access event agendas, view on-site information, and participate in live sessions — all in one place.

Connect+ is free for both IAAPA members and non-members.

The exhibitor booth Primary Contact will receive access to the company’s Connect+ booth profile. This access allows you to build and manage your company’s digital presence for attendees using the Connect+ mobile app during IAAPA Expo.

You can log in using one of these options:

• Direct Email: Look for an email from Connect+ sent to your registered address.

• Web Browser: Access directly at connectplus.iaapa.org/c/iaapa.

• Mobile App: Download the Connect+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Be sure to log in with the email address you used during Exhibitor Registration.
For the best experience, IAAPA recommends setting up your booth using a desktop computer.

Before setting up your exhibitor booth profile, you’ll first create your personal attendee profile — your digital business card in Connect+.
Everyone’s profile includes public information, and once you connect with someone, additional private details become visible.

Public (visible to all participants):

• Name

• Role 

• Company Name

• Biography

• Social Networks (if added)

• Company Website

Private (visible only to your connections):

• Email

• Telephone (if added)

• Address (if added)

Connect+ makes it easy to build your network throughout the event:

• Find attendees, speakers, or exhibitors and send a connection request directly from their profile.

• Personalize your message to introduce yourself and explain your interest.

• Manage and view your new contacts under the "My Contacts" tab or in the "My Networking" section within "My Event".

The more connections you make, the more opportunities you create for meaningful business conversations.

Connect+ is your opportunity to increase brand visibility, drive booth traffic, and turn event connections into real business results — before, during, and after IAAPA Expo. 

By actively using Connect+ and its full range of features, you can:

The Exhibitor Center is your command hub in Connect+ to control your digital booth, boost your visibility, and drive better results at IAAPA Expo Middle East.

In the Exhibitor Center, you will:

• Manage and update your exhibitor profile

• Highlight products, services, and "New for 2026" offerings

• Add and manage booth team members

• Export all new contacts in a single Excel file

• Respond to attendee meeting requests and manage schedules

You can access the Exhibitor Center in three ways:

• From your Exhibitor Booth on the Connect+ homepage (appearing just below your profile when using a web browser)

• From the drop-down menu in the top right corner when using a web browser, then selecting Exhibitor Center

• From the mobile app by tapping the profile icon at the bottom of the screen, then selecting Exhibitor Center

• Or go directly to studio.iaapa.org

Log in early to build your profile, explore the navigation tools, and ensure your company is ready before the show begins.

To take full advantage of Connect+ and maximize your impact at IAAPA Expo, make sure to complete all editable sections of your exhibitor profile. A strong digital presence helps your company stand out and attract more attendee engagement.

Building Your Profile
Once you are logged into your Company Profile, click the Edit button next to each section to make updates.
Available sections in Connect+ include:

• Company Information

• Social Media Pages

• Company Contact Details

• Press Releases

• Documents and Links (Show Specials, Products, "New for 2025" Products and Services)

Note: Some sections may only be available with a Premium Listing upgrade.

Managing Your Team
Your booth’s default team member will be the Exhibitor Booth Primary Contact listed during Exhibitor Registration. You can add additional team members at any time, as long as they are registered for the expo. Learn more about Exhibitor Registration here.

To manage your team:

• Scroll down to the Team Members section in your Company Profile.

• A list of current team members will appear.

• Click the blue Add a Member button on the right and enter the team member’s email address (must match the one used during Exhibitor Registration).

• Adjust each team member’s settings, including whether their personal profile is visible on your Company Profile and whether they share their contacts with the team.

Completing and managing your profile early helps ensure your company makes the strongest impression from day one.

Meeting requests scheduled through Connect+ at IAAPA Expo may are for in-person meetings at your booth. Each request includes your booth location so attendees can easily find you.

To manage meeting requests:

• Go to Meetings in the left navigation bar of the Exhibitor Center.

• View requests for you and your team — accepted, declined, and new.

• Click any meeting to see details, reassign to a team member if needed, or accept/decline.

• Export your meeting list to Excel using Export Meetings on the right side of the page.

To set your availability:

• Click Manage Availability under the Meetings section in the left navigation bar.

• Meetings are booked in 30-minute increments.

• Select the times you are available; only selected times will be visible to attendees.

Managing your meeting requests and availability early helps you make the most of your time with attendees.

Setting Meeting Availability Times

• On the left navigation bar click Availability under the Meetings section. This is where you can manage the meeting availability for your and your team.

• Times are scheduled in 30 minute increments.

• Check the boxes for the times you are available for meetings.

• You can select full days or specific times throughout the day. Only boxes checked will show available to attendees.

The Leads Board in the Exhibitor Center provides valuable insights into your booth performance and attendee activity.

Through the Leads Board, you can:

• View attendees you or your team have connected with through the app

• See attendees who visited your virtual booth and engaged with your content

• Track QR code scans collected by you or your team (if contact sharing is enabled)

• Monitor booth analytics, including page views, contacts made, and bookmarks

• Export your full contact list to Excel, with filters for date and interaction type

Tracking this information helps you measure engagement, identify prospects, and maximize your event ROI.
