Megan Gannon

Megan Gannon helps attractions improve their safety, maintenance, and operations procedures as the Global Sales & Marketing Support Manager at Mobaro. Megan graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2020 with a degree in hospitality management and a concentration in theme park & attraction management. She's worked for Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, the Disney Institute, IAAPA, and Universal Destinations & Experiences. She enjoys speaking at attractions industry events and has experience in sales, training, documentation, and operations. Megan is a former IAAPA Education Committee member, Expo Show Ambassador, and AIMS Young Professional Council Member. She is a proud member of the IAAPA Foundation Board of Directors and the IAAPA North America Manufacturer & Suppliers Committee. In 2026, Megan won the IAAPA Young Professional Award for the North America region, recognizing rising stars who embody leadership, integrity, and teamwork.
