Isidora Díaz Heredia

Isidora Díaz joined Parques Reunidos Group in 2018 as Director of Safety Europe and in 2020 became Chief HSE and Sustainability Officer for the group, leading the strategy and action implementation across Europe, US and Australia.

She's chairing the IAAPA EMEA Safety and Security Committee since 2024.

She is also the President of Parques Reunidos Foundation, whose mission is to contribute to a more sustainable world by enabling access to leisure to vulnerable groups, and supporting research, education and awareness about sustainability and biodiversity conservation, and Program Coordinator of the Chief Sustainability Officer Certificate at MIT- Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Prior to Parques Reunidos, she hold several positions at country, regional and global level in the areas of Sustainability, Health and Safety, Environment or Innovation in multinational companies in construction materials manufacturing, mining, environmental services and waste management sectors.

Since 2018, Isidora is member of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative-GRI; the SC's key governance functions include making recommendations on future policy, business planning and activity and advise the Board on strategic issues related to Sustainability Reporting.

Isidora Díaz has an MBA from ESADE Business School and a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of Murcia. She is a Certified Professional in Occupational Health and Safety and hold a Master in Environmental Protection from Polytechnic University of Madrid
