Catie Christner

Catie Christner is the Vice President of Waterparks at Great Wolf Resorts, where she leads aquatics operations across 23 lodges and helps shape safety, operational excellence, and guest experience strategy for one of North America's largest indoor waterpark operators. Over her 21-year career with Great Wolf, Catie has grown from an Aquatics Manager to a Corporate Executive, bringing firsthand operational expertise and a deep commitment to developing people and teams.

A strong advocate for safety, employee engagement, and leadership development, Catie is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Throughout her career, she has championed initiatives focused on operational excellence, talent development, and creating meaningful growth opportunities for frontline associates and leaders alike. She also helped launch the Aquatics Leadership Academy, a program designed to develop lifeguards and aquatics leaders into confident, capable professionals equipped for success both within the industry and beyond.

Catie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University and resides in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, where she enjoys exploring New England with her wife, Brianna, and their dog, Mabel.
