Established in 1999, TicketPlan are the original innovators of and the market leading brand in the Ticket and Booking Insurance and Protection sector. TicketPlan provides protection to advanced bookers against their inability to attend pre-booked events and attractions due to specified unforeseen circumstances (such as accidents, sickness - including COVID19, breakdown of transport, bereavements and many others). TicketPlan also provides ticket/booking vendors, venues, sports organisations and ticketing companies with a significant incremental revenue stream.

In the early days Ticketplan's team included Graham Berg (Founder) and Adam Faith (Singer/ Actor). Adam Faith led the way in introducing this new idea to venues and ticket sellers across the country and as a result TicketPlan rapidly became synonymous with the secure and safe purchase of an event ticket. Ticketplan continues to innovate and takes pride in building long-term relationships with partners and providing an excellent service to ticket holders with a dedicated and friendly team.

We currently work with many of the UK's leading ticket sellers, venues, booking vendors and events operating within the performing arts, music, leisure, attraction, travel and sports sectors and we are continuing to expand across Europe and North America.
