As the Owner/Director of The Alternative Board Auckland South, I facilitate monthly Business Advisory meetings for up to six non-competing business owners, helping them address challenges, set goals, and receive valuable feedback in a confidential setting. I also provide one-on-one support between meetings to better understand their business needs. Using The Alternative Board’s systems and tools like the "Business Builder's Blueprint," I assist clients in developing effective strategic business plans, promoting both personal and professional growth.
