About Armis Engineering Ltd.

Michael Viechweg is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  Having previously worked in the energy and aerospace sectors he started working in the amusement industry at the firm Sawyer, Duncan & Associates in 2008.  

He has formed a good working relationship with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) in Ontario and the engineers of the Department of Community Affairs in the State of New Jersey.  

He is a member and Level 1 Inspector of the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officers (NAARSO), a voting member of ASTM International F24 (Amusement Rides), and is the chairperson of the F24.61 Air Inflatable Amusement Devices Task Group that sets new safety standards for inflatable rides.
