Chris Chappell, MAEd

Biography

Chris Chappell is a seasoned educator and instructional designer with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as the Staff Development Specialist at the North Carolina Zoo. Since joining the attraction industry 2.5 years ago, Chris has focused on leadership development, team-building, and creating impactful learning experiences for adult learners and professionals. His involvement with the IAAPA Leadership Symposium began in 2022 when he attended as a participant, and he now serves on the planning team. A lifelong Star Wars enthusiast, Chris brings the same passion for storytelling and adventure to his work in the learning and development field.
