Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh is Chief Executive Officer of Digonex Technologies, an innovative dynamic pricing technology platform that serves zoos, aquariums, observation decks, theme parks, and performing arts venues with pricing intelligence IP solutions developed by PhD economists. Walsh also serves as President and sits on the Board of Directors at Indianapolis-based Emmis Communications (NASDAQ: EMMS), Digonex’s parent company. 

Walsh was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at iBiquity Digital (now Xperi Corporation (NASDAQ: XPER)), the developer and licenser of HD Radio technology.  Earlier in his career, Walsh was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving many of the world’s leading financial institutions, technology firms, automakers, and energy companies in a variety of CEO-agenda projects. His previous management experience includes positions at General Motors and Deloitte. 

Walsh earned a BBA with high honors from the University of Michigan and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.  Walsh is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Walsh resides in Indianapolis and Park City, Utah with his wife Jacqueline and has two college aged sons, Theron and Liam.
