Hudaa Ahmed

Hudaa M. Ahmed is an experienced waterpark operations leader with more years of experience in the waterpark and attractions industry.  She began her career in 2002 as a Lifeguard in Dubai and has since progressed through a variety of operational and leadership roles, building extensive expertise in water safety, guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

As Operations Manager, Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, Hudaa oversees all aspects of waterpark operations, including attractions management, lifeguard services, guest experience, safety compliance, and operational performance.

 Hudaa is also an Ellis & Associates Licensed Instructor, actively contributing to the training and development of lifeguards and instructors while championing the highest standards of aquatic safety. She is passionate about developing future talent, fostering high-performing teams, and creating safe, memorable experiences for guests.

 Throughout her career, Hudaa has been committed to operational excellence, continuous learning, and advancing best practices within the water attractions industry.
