Biography
Tina Griffith is an accomplished Food and Beverage Executive with over 20 years of experience within the food service industry, beginning with “selling hot dogs” at Dodgers Stadium, to multiple management and senior leadership roles with professional sports teams including Staples Center in Los Angeles, Yankee Stadium in NY, and AT&T Stadium in Dallas. Most recently, Tina became the Assistant General Manager at Dallas Zoo for The SSA Group. Prior to Dallas Zoo, on the attractions side, Tina was instrumental in taking guests on a culinary tour of the 70 food and beverage stands she operated. With the completion of numerous high profile projects including food stand expansion, creating a branded private label, and implementing a new POS system, Tina is changing the perception of what high volume food service and hospitality should be while increasing revenue as she does it. Tina holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California at Irvine.
