Paul Cavanaugh

Short biography

Paul Cavanaugh is a partner in the law firm of Daly Cavanaugh LLP in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He has been representing amusement industry interests since 1996 in the courts and before legislative and regulatory bodies. Paul is presently the president of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association, Inc. (IALDA), a non-profit association of lawyers and other professionals who are actively engaged in representing the interests of the amusement and leisure industries. As a member of IALDA, Paul gives educational presentations at IAAPA and to other amusement industry organizations on topics covering litigation, regulation, and legislation. Paul is also a member of the board of directors of NEAAPA - The Northeast's Entertainment Association. As a board member, Paul brings his expertise to assist NEAAPA in representing amusement parks, family entertainment centers, roller skating centers, traveling shows, and manufacturers and suppliers serving the amusement, recreation and attractions industry.
