Your Deposition is Served: Time to Prepare with Water Park Attorneys

Using a mock trial format and showing cross-examination of an expert in a water park case, this session provides an interactive way to participate in the legal process. Attorneys and an insurance claims expert in the water park industry will guide attendees through claims defense and how to prepare for litigation, including the use of documents and SOP's. A panel of trial attorneys and insurance claims experts will conduct an interactive mock trial emphasizing cross-examination related to a water park case.  Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and give feedback concerning case theories and evidence.
