Short biography

Natalia is a Partner at LDP. She has 20 years of consulting experience in real estate economics with emphasis on entertainment destinations and complex mixed use developments including both urban and resort schemes. Natalia began her career as an analyst at Knight Frank, where she led the office real estate market analytics. She joined Economics Research Associates (ERA) in London in 2006 and has since worked across Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia and Africa. Over the years she has completed a wide range of assignments including economic feasibility, reviews of operational performance, economic impact analyses, and due diligence for a number of attractions and attraction groups. In 2014, Natalia became a Partner at Leisure Development Partners (LDP) - a leading consulting practice focused on leisure and entertainment real estate. LDP excels at market and economic testing for both new projects and existing schemes, providing services to developers, investors and operators.
