Description
Megan Burtch, Redemption Plus, spends a lot of time in the field at FECs.
One of the biggest pain points she hears about is Inventory Management- how to take it, how to keep track of it, and what's the point?
Through hands-on work conducting physical inventory with multiple locations, Megan has developed some tools and processes and would love to that will help more redemption centers conquer the inventory beast.
