Megan Burtch has been with Redemption Plus since 2016, working hands on in hundreds of FECs on redemption merchandising. She leads the Merchandising Team, creates and manages all of the training and educational content for Redemption Plus. She is the BPAA's Redemption Merchandising subject matter expert and oversees the redemption program for Andretti Indoor Karting and Games. Megan loves spending time in the field with operators, learning and teaching all about redemption.
