Tommy Schatz-Thompson thrives in the cross-sections of art, engineering, and storytelling. With over fifteen years of experience in film, animation, puppetry, live performance, and immersive experiences, Tommy utilizes an interdisciplinary approach rooted in curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to explore unconventional paths to forge an environment for creativity to thrive through inventive yet pragmatic solutions in design, production, and project management. Tommy's myriad career ventures have included projects with Netflix, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Animax Designs, Bento Box Animation, Laika, and currently as Director of Exhibition & Facilities at Meow Wolf Grapevine. At Meow Wolf Grapevine, Tommy also serves as the Creative Director for the award-winning Prime Materia food and beverage space within Meow Wolf Grapevine’s The Real Unreal.
