This tour reveals both the front-of-house and back-of-house, highlighting the emotional design, safety standards, and operational management to execute a truly unforgettable experience.A late lunch will be provided at one of the restaurants in Xcaret or Xplor parks.Some portions of this event may take place outdoors and will proceed rain or shine. Please plan to bring a jacket for cooler temperatures and wear comfortable walking shoes.
