Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas, permits, and other travel documentation necessary to participate in an IAAPA Expo. IAAPA may provide invitation letters or other reasonable supporting documentation upon request; however, IAAPA cannot guarantee, expedite, or influence the approval of any visa application.
The denial of a visa, a delay in visa processing, or an exhibitor’s failure to obtain the required travel documentation does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or release from the exhibitor’s contractual obligations or financial liability to IAAPA.
