A respected industry leader, he is known for pioneering innovative guest experiences, embracing cashless technology, and championing the continued evolution of the FEC sector. James is an active supporter of the UK attractions industry through his involvement with the Bacta and regularly collaborates with IAAPA and industry partners to help shape the future of family entertainment.
