Daniel E. Ruffin

Daniel E. Ruffin is the CEO of C&R Creative Solutions, LLC. and is currently the Commander over the Major Crimes Division in the city of Mount Rainier, Maryland. Before becoming CEO, Daniel worked in the theme park industry for over 20 years. Daniel was a Security Manager for Six Flags, Inc. and was responsible for all of the daily operations, including end-to-end management of Six Flags America and Six Flags over Georgia, recruiting, training, hiring, and budgeting. Daniel currently serves as a Professor at Anne Arundel Community College in the Criminal Justice Department as a lead instructor in the Police Academy. He started C&R Creative Solutions, LLC. in2022 where he travels all around the United States training and consulting. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security from University of Maryland University College. Our mission is to enhance public safety through innovative, comprehensive, and tailored training, consulting, and development programs.
