Skyline Attractions (Booth #4604) revealed scale models for the new “P’Sghetti Bowl” line of children’s coasters at its Expo booth. The rides feature unique single-rail, weld-free tracks developed by the company. They represent the first kiddie coasters to use single-rail tracks. With 185 feet of track, the smallest version is especially compact and affordable, making it ideal for family entertainment centers, zoos, flea markets, and other smaller attractions.
Skyline President and Partner Jeff Pike, who is originally from Cincinnati, explains that the company got its name from his hometown favorite, Skyline chili. The restaurant’s kids’ meals are known as “P’Sghetti.”
“We thought it’s a great name,” Pike said. “It’s all twisty, it’s fun for kids to say, it’s weird, and it’s easy to remember.”
Skyline also had scale models of its Skywarp II and Horizon II coasters. The revamped rides feature in-line, single-file seating and incorporate weld-free, single-rail tracks, as well.
