IAAPA FEC Summit 2022 is heading to Scottsdale, Arizona, for two full days of education sessions, networking opportunities, and, of course, fun. Jan. 23-25, the summit will be held at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center, inviting family entertainment center (FEC) owners and operators to gather, make connections, and learn the latest best practices in the industry.
“After two years, we are excited to bring this unique community back together. IAAPA FEC Summit has always been an important and memorable experience for attendees, and we are excited to come together, and discuss key issues, trends, and topics important to FEC’s,” says Alyse Sklover, manager of constituency services and programs for IAAPA North America.
Developed for FEC leaders by FEC leaders, the event will be centered on the theme of “Designing the Future and Maximizing Growth.” Activities will include networking receptions, meals, roundtable discussions, case studies, and an engaging keynote presentation from Kaihan Krippendorff, founder of The Outthinker Strategy Network.
With the focus on innovation in location-based entertainment, hands-on opportunities will ensure attendees can experience current examples in immersive experiences, virtual reality trends, pop-up experiences, theming and atmosphere, and building brand affinity. Facility tours and visits will take place at Marvix Bowling; Bam Kazam Adventure Arcade; Octane Raceway; and the Arizona Boardwalk, including admission to the OdySea Aquarium.
