In this session, join Christian Lachel to learn the importance of designing experiences for everyone and the key questions to keep in mind before starting the design process.
Christian has helped create accessible and inclusive experiences for clients that range from Johnnie Walker to the Museum of Liverpool, designed with accessible features like lifts, braille labels, and modified sensory tours. Join him for a discussion on the importance of designing experiences for all and the key questions to keep in mind before starting the design process.
