Description: A great pricing strategy can enable attractions to achieve their operational, strategic, and financial goals. But where do you start and how can you sustain these goals year after year? Greg Loewen, CEO of Digonex – the leading provider of dynamic pricing solutions in the attractions industry - will outline some of the key questions all attractions need to ask themselves to build a solid foundation for their pricing strategy.

Drawing on Digonex’s decade of experience in implementing pricing strategies for their clients, the session will discuss how the answers to these key questions can transform your outlook on pricing and how the adoption of a more “dynamic” approach to pricing strategy can dramatically improve financial and operational outcomes. The session will also explore ways to keep your pricing strategy current over time to ensure continued alignment with changing market conditions and sustained optimization of business results.

This webinar will be presented in English and is exclusive to IAAPA members; however, registration is required. Attendees are eligible to earn one continuing education unit (1 CEU) towards IAAPA recertification.
