Please note that accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Europa-Park has reserved a selection of rooms at the Colosseo and Bell Rock hotels exclusively for IAAPA Honors attendees. Please note that Hotel Colosseo will serve as one of the primary event locations. However, both hotels are just a short 5-minute walk apart, making them equally convenient for attending IAAPA Honors. To take advantage of the IAAPA discounted rate, please book your room by March 29

The IAAPA Alps Adventure Post-Tour

From the snowy Top of Europe to the spring shores of Lago Maggiore
Join us from May 1–3, 2025, for an unforgettable train ride to the highest station in Europe, more than 11,000 feet above sea level, offering a spectacular view of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Aletsch Glacier. Then, embark on a scenic journey across Switzerland to the beautiful Lago Maggiore, including a special visit to IAAPA’s Chairman Massimiliano Freddi at his Wonderwood facility.

FAQs

How do I travel to Europa-Park? 

Europa-Park is located in the border triangle region of Germany, France. There are several airports nearby with different shuttle services directly from the airport to Europa-Park: 
 

  • Germany: Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (64km) Stuttgart (175km), Black Forest Airport Lahr (20km), Frankfurt (240km), Lake Constance-Airport Friedrichshafen (189km) 
  • Switzerland: EuroAirport Basel (90km), Zürich (186km) 
  • France: Aéroport International Strasbourg (64km)

Do I need a visa to enter Germany?

Third-country nationals are required to have a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. Exemptions apply to EU nationals and nationals of countries with which the European Union has abolished the visa requirement for short stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Please note that if your visa application is not approved, we will not be able to refund any registration or tour fees. We strongly recommend securing your visa prior to registration.

 

 

What are cancellation terms and conditions? 

If attendees choose to cancel their participation, the following fees will apply:

  • 25% fee to cover the non-refundable registration until Friday, February 14, 2025
  • 50% fee to cover the non-refundable registration until Friday, March 14, 2025
  • 75% fee to cover the non-refundable registration until Friday, April 4, 2025
  • No refund (and no exception considered) for cancellations made after Friday, April 18, 2025

 

 

Are children, spouses, and/or partners allowed at the event?

IAAPA Honors is a business event, and no one under the age of 18 may participate. However, spouses and partners are welcome to attend with an event ticket.
