Short biography
Matt joined Hasbro in 2007 after completing his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Matt has held various positions during his 17+ years with Hasbro, including managing the Transformers brand through the first three movies, overseeing the marketing/business development functions for Hasbro Studios, and leading a multi-business global division, Location Based Entertainment (LBE), Partnerships and Music within the Entertainment & Licensing segment for Hasbro, Inc. Matt is responsible for formulating and implementing a global strategic plan for themed LBE, and enhancing the company’s global presence in theme parks, themed entertainment attractions, FECs, hotels and resorts, exhibits and live events. That strategic plan has led to long-term partnerships with partners including Universal Theme Parks, Kingsmen, Gamepath and new innovative products such as Monopoly Lifesized, The Transformers ARK Restaurant in Hong Kong, NERF AX Manchester, Peppa Pig Play Café, and more.
