Kent Sanders

Short biography

Mr. Sanders has spent his entire professional career working in the commercial insurance field - -  first on the carrier side; then joined Haas & Wilkerson Insurance in February, 2000 to form H&W Risk Management, a Claims and Risk Management unit dedicated to serving the amusement industry’s unique needs.  H&W Risk Management is nationally recognized as being the claims, litigation and risk management authority and service provider to the amusement industry in the nation. Mr. Sanders’ expertise extends to all facets of the amusement industry; including fairs, festivals, carnivals, fun centers, rodeo events, trampoline parks and water attractions.    Mr. Sanders regularly presents on various safety and amusement industry topics at seminars, association events and trade shows across the country. He is certified by the National Association of Ride Safety Officials and the Amusement Industry Manufacturer’s Society, International Association of Trampoline Parks; is a member of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association; and personally directs high-profile litigation across the nation. Mr. Sanders works personally with all clients to establish and maintain the highest standards of care to ensure enjoyable and safe entertainment opportunities for all patrons.
