Short biography
As the General Manager for Old Tucson Entertainment, Tony Sanders currently oversees a unique and historic attraction combining an Amusement Park, Events Center, and an active Western Movie Studio. Tony has been an engaged member of the Amusement Park Industry for over 32 years, and enjoys serving as a volunteer with IAAPA. Tony has a passion for developing Employee Engagement and Recognition programs, and would love to help IAAPA members create and develop their own programs. Starting his career as a teenager with Six Flags Theme Parks, Tony was honored to have held a variety of leadership roles, including positions within Human Resources, Retail and Games, Operations, Sales, and Food Operations. His extensive experience includes positions with Merlin Entertainments, Six Flags Theme Parks, United Parks, and the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
