Caitlin Sprague, MSW, utilizes skills and insights from her career as a social worker everyday to create emotionally powerful attractions and efficient teams as a writer, content developer, and producer in the themed entertainment sector. With a specialty in family social science and community development, she advances best practices for the industry’s largest and most prominent audience: multi-generational families. At its base, she believes understanding the individual’s needs lays the foundation for great experiences and teams. She has spoken about community impact and trauma-informed care on multiple stages, including TEDx, and published studies in academic journals that laid the groundwork for state-wide welfare programs. She has also mentored multiple clients to present at the United Nations, where she was trained during her Masters of Social Work.
