Short biography
Barry Zelickson’s latest company, Next Exit Entertainment launched a YouTube channel called, Fun Across America. The show highlights entertainment centers across the US. In addition, he operated two IAAPA Brass Ring award winning facilities: Spooky World, a nationally acclaimed seasonal Halloween theme park and Big Thrill Factory. Big Thrill Factory grew to 3 facilities and was sold in 2021. He also has been active in the FEC community, as a former member of the IAAPA’s FEC committee and the IAAPA Audit committee.
In addition, Zelickson has many years of experience working with both large and small corporations including Sr Vice President of Border Foods, a regional franchisee in the quick service food industry operating approximately 230 Taco Bell restaurants. Zelickson had a successful career in finance, first with First Bank and then as a partner with his own merchant banking firm Dunmore Capital Group. Mr. Zelickson earned a BSB degree from the University of Minnesota and a JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
