Jasmin Gainey

Short biography

Jasmin Gainey has twenty years of experience in the human resources field. In that time she has specialized in employee-supervisor dynamics and institutional communication.  Ms. Gainey graduated with her MHR from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. The focus of her master's work was on employee motivation and diversity. She is certified in both PHR and SHRM-SCP.  Born in Mainz, Germany Ms. Gainey came to the United States at 12 years old. She watched her mother struggle to navigate the US hiring process and went into the field with the goal of making Human Resources more human and accessible to everyone. Now, she gets to do that for a living each day at Science Museum Oklahoma as the HR Director.  Ms. Gainey stays busy living her very own version of the American dream with her husband, two children, and three dogs in Edmond, Oklahoma.
