Short biography

Pieter Martens is the Co-founder of TimeMission™, a leader in immersive mission rooms. Starting his journey in 2007 as a sales rep in the karting industry, Pieter's passion for the FEC/LBE sector has fueled his growth into a transformative leader. He played a key role in evolving R1 Indoor Karting into a New England destination, attracting over 200,000 visitors annually, and earning a 2023 IAAPA Brass Ring Award nomination. An MBA graduate from the University of Antwerp, Pieter also completed the "Institute for Attractions Managers" program, further honing his expertise. Today, he drives TimeMission™ forward, delivering innovative experiences that challenge both the mind and body, setting new standards in the entertainment industry. Originally from Belgium, Pieter is now based in Rhode Island, where he continues to pioneer new concepts in interactive entertainment. His leadership is defined by his motto: "Good, better, best—never rest till good is better, and better is best."
