Rick Schuiteman

Short biography

Rick Schuiteman is no stranger to constantly having to be creative in ways of driving revenue and improving guest expereince.   From building new and exciting shows and events at SeaWorld San Diego, to developing new exhibits and interactives at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.  For several years, his focus was on the park visual experience, looking at low cost ways to retheme, rebrand, and reimagine older areas for his parks that ended up making a positive impression and often a refreshed revenue driving experience.    Rick was with SeaWorld San Diego for 32 years working in Park Operations and Entertainment before joining the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Corporate group.  There he was assigned to the park visual experience for Busch Gardens and SeaWorld working closely with the Hampton Creative team.  In 2020, Rick moved to Indiana, to take the position of Executive Director of the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.
