David Andrade

Short biography

David Andrade, with over 20 years of experience in 3D art and animation, specializes in immersive reality applications for training and entertainment. He is the co-founder of Theory Studios, an award-winning immersive creative technology company that has worked with Renaissance Entertainment, Vinpearl Resorts, Chimelong Group, Meta, Amazon Studios, Sesame Street, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Recently, his team at Theory, along with a consortium of Orlando small businesses, were awarded a multi-million dollar immersive training contract for the US Marine Corps. He has spoken on behalf of the US State Department on education and the arts, at SATE Europe 2022, keynoted AWS' 2017 re:invent conference, and multiple SIGGARPHs. On his off time he loves learning piano and painting to his 5-year old daughter.
