Short biography

Current Chief Marketing Officer, Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Parks & former VP of Sales & Marketing for Six Flags Entertainment. As CMO, Trent leads all aspects of Go Ape’s national marketing & sales efforts, including brand positioning, communications, advertising, media, creative, and insights. He joined Go Ape in 2023 with a passion for building diverse and talented teams and a reputation in the industry for innovative thinking and change management. Before Go Ape, he served in leadership roles during a 20-year tenure at Six Flags Entertainment. As VP of Sales & Marketing, he directed the global marketing strategy, overseeing advertising, branding, promotions, events, & product revenue. He led the transformation of the Six Flags sales organization responsible for revenue from group sales, ticket partners, and food & beverage. He introduced a shared service model to solve complicated & dated practices, business development, new product channels, and sales technologies. His proudest moments stem from work at the park level. From Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Louisville, KY, he championed minimizing costs, driving profitability, and keeping diverse teams engaged on mission and goals.
