Description

How do you infuse your organization with a culture of responsibility, cooperation, respect and teamwork? This session will introduce you to the Totally Responsible Person (TRP®) providing practicle tools for people to learn innovative and proven ways to move out of the “victim mentality” to become a Totally Responsible Person.

The foundational principle is to stay Postive, Productive & Efffective both personally and professionally. We will provide you with a toolkit with techniques to use to help others around you become mentally "unstuck" so they can become a more engaged employee.

Learning Objectives
- Recognize when we and others get mentally "stuck" and learn tools we can use for ourselves and others
- Learn to hold people accountable for what they are responsible for doing in an empathetic and effective way
- Understand how "rescuing" & "enabling" can produce temporary results but take away a persons' opportunity for learning and growth
