With over three decades in the attractions and TV industry, Paul now serves as Chief Development Officer at Merlin Entertainments. In this pivotal role, he leads Merlin's creative and development division, known as Merlin Magic Makers, overseeing the creation of new attractions and experiences across 23 countries. Paul's responsibilities include driving innovation, managing external IP partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of global projects. Beyond his professional pursuits, Paul actively champions diversity and inclusion within Merlin, showcasing a commitment to fostering a more inclusive industry landscape.
