Héctor Navarro
Héctor has a degree in International Relations from TEC de Monterrey, with more than 20 years of experience, starting his professional career in commercial areas. After working at Johnson & Johnson, he decided to explore the Human Resources area and apply his knowledge, skills, and experience in generating initiatives and processes for the benefit of the company's employees. As Subdirector of Human Capital at City Express Hotels, Héctor implemented the cultural transformation of the company focused on best practices and internationalization of the brand, reinforcing the importance of talent and leadership.
He currently leads a team of professionals in an environment of industry recovery, challenges such as burnout and quiet quitting in multigenerational teams in a Mexican company in constant international expansion. As well as the launch of a new business unit, a Center focused on welltreteinment, unique in its category.
Víctor García
Víctor stands out as a global strategic leader with an extensive track record in the entertainment industry. Since 2020, he has led outstanding entertainment operations and projects at Grupo GICSA, a leading large-scale developer in Mexico.
Víctor has played key roles, being commercial director at Six Flags Mexico for more than 10 years, president of Divercity Theme and Educational Parks in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala and Panama City, General Manager of the Columbus water park in the Dominican Republic, and Promotions and Merchandising Manager at Grupo CIE, the leading company in the production and organization of shows in Latin America.
Víctor personifies experience, leadership, and innovation in the continued growth of the entertainment industry.
Samantha Chamorro Chávez
Samantha holds a degree in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry from the Universidad Cientifica del Sur and a master's degree in administration and global marketing from Boston University. With more than 10 years of experience in business management in the entertainment industry, she has led projects for efficient management, effective communication, and successful operation of attractions. She combines this with her vocation for veterinary medicine, practicing this profession in her free time, confirming her commitment to animal welfare.
In addition, Samantha is involved with excellence and professional development, which is why she has participated as a volunteer with IAAPA Latin America, Caribbean, being part of the regional Advisory Board. This year, she was recognized by IAAPA as Young Professional of the Year.
Luis Peña Garcés
Senior executive with over 18 years of experience serving as Director, General Manager, Founder, Advisor, Professor, Operations and Experience Manager, Brand Manager, Maintenance Project Manager in the real estate, retail, home decor, retail, entertainment, and education sectors.
Currently Operations Manager at Fantasy Park, Retail and Shopping Center Advisor, Professor at Pacific Business School of the University of the Pacific and Founding Partner of Integrum Solutions.
Catalina Indaburu
Catalina is a marketing and advertising professional with a solid track record of more than 12 years, excelling in key sectors such as retail, entertainment, and relationship marketing. She has a specialization in Project Management, which has allowed her to successfully lead strategic initiatives in highly competitive environments. Currently, as Marketing and Communications Director, Catalina oversees designing and executing integrated marketing plans aimed at strengthening brand positioning and improving customer experience.
Emiliano Limón
Emiliano (our Jedi Master) has over 37 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communication, and entertainment. He designed alliances and strategies in the aforementioned areas at HSBC, Gentera (Fiinlab), CitiBanamex, Televisa and Reino Aventura (currently Six Flags). Among multiple academic achievements, he recently obtained a Certification in Creative Leadership and Innovation Facilitation from Buffalo State University, NY.
He is currently the producer of the live character shows, being an Official Licensee of Hasbro, the 3rd largest content creator in the world and it is through this relationship that he is immersed in the process of creating the first Family Entertainment Centers with Hasbro brands for Mexico and LATAM.
He loves dogs, makes scripts and likes to cook. He insists he is going to win an Oscar and continues to work hard on it.
Emilio Trabulse Amor
Emilio graduated with a degree in International Trade and completed an MBA with a specialization in marketing at Universidad Anahuac Mexico. He has more than 24 years of experience in important companies such as Banamex, Deportes Marti, Clubes Sport City, Tec de Monterrey, Grupo Gasolinero G500 and Lucha Libre AAA World Wide, all of them as Director of Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations.
He is currently a partner at CH3 Sports Marketing, a sports agency dedicated to the promotion and organization of events, sponsorships, alliances, collaborations, activations, etc., seeking to be the meeting point between brands and sports assets of any discipline.
On several occasions he has participated as a jury member at the Effie Awards and is a founding member of M+: Group of General Managers, CMOs, Marketing Directors and Commercial Directors of various national and international companies.
Alessandra Gavito
Alessandra studied chemical engineering at UNAM, has a master's degree in strategic management and innovation from the Postgraduate University Institute in Spain and is an MBA student from ITAM. She has more than 20 years of experience in areas of operations, quality, human resources and project management interacting with more than 20 different countries and industries (entertainment, hospitality, logistics, telecommunications, education, Government, NGOs and franchises).
In its current position, it proposes, establishes and guarantees the implementation of initiatives that allow KidZania's sustainability strategy to be aligned with that established in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
