Short biography

Jon ignites laughter and sparks life-long memories for families as CEO of Historic Arnolds Park, a timeless non-profit destination on the shores of Lake Okoboji. Through a leadership style focused on authentic engagement and effectiveness, Jon builds teams dedicated to delivering joy and wonder to guests of all ages.  His mission aims to inspire growth within the industry, building strong, mission-driven attractions that create lasting community connections. With a growing platform as a speaker and a Masters in organizational leadership, he believes the excitement of shared experiences has the power to transform lives.  Jon lives in the exciting tourist destination of Okoboji in Northwest Iowa with his lovely wife and 3 teenage children.
