Short biography

Zeina is the CEO of Emaar Entertainment Group, coming with more than 13 years of experience in the Entertainment, Malls, and Operations sector. Zeina has seen a promising and enviable career path with the world’s tallest tower; The Burj Khalifa as well as Emaar Entertainment Group, handling a portfolio of more than 12 mega attractions (ranging from Cinema’s Aquariums, FEC’s, world fastest roller coaster, edutainment, and the world iconic Dubai Opera). She manage all aspects of revenue generation, sales/ marketing and operations of Burj Khalifa Observation Deck. Under her leadership, Burj Khalifa has been a recipient of several awards and recognitions and is now the most visited Tourist Attraction in the UAE with over 24 million visitors since opening. Zeina has contributed to the success of Dubai Opera, bringing in a wide range of world class performances across different genera’s, putting Dubai Opera on the map for arts and culture. A dynamic, young leader who managed to scale operations, revenue targets and bring newness to Emaar Entertainment Group, leading to increased footfall, improving customer experience of all assets, and turning around businesses to profitable units. Zeina is also on the Advisory Board of IAAPA EMENA as well as on the Executive committee board of MENALAC. Zeina has won several awards as an expert in the entertainment sector with the most recent award by MENALAC being named “Entertainment Personality of the Year 2023”
